Evermill construcciones SL is a reistered and fully legal Spanish property development company, and has been since 2005.
The directors of the company have been working in the province of Almeria since 2001 and have combined over 50 years experience in the construction industry.
The vast mojority of this experience has been gained through working in the UK on evrything from a garden wall to a new build. However, having said that the directors as individuals have been working on properties in both Spain and the Algarve in Portugal for approaching 15 years.

Our first project in Spain was the purchase of an old cortijo for renovation in a delightful little hamlet called Casa Blanca in Arboleas, in July of 2001. The pictures you see revolving on this page are of that property.
Although this project took considerably longer and cost considrably more, as they invairably do, we feel that it was a complete success. We base this on the fact that we sold this property without any problems what so ever. You may be saying to yourself well any one could of sold a property in those buoyent times, and you would be right, however we believe that it was more to do with the fact that we built something that was not so run of the mill.
This basically is how Evermill Construcciones SL was born. We wanted to give people an alternative to the standard three bed, two bath bungalow, with three arches and a pool.
It took us approimately 3 years to find the piece of land that we felt would enable us to build the kind of development that we believed in, and that land is in the beautiful spanish village of Somontin. It then took a further 2 years to get the building licence and all other relevent paper work before we could even put a shovel in the ground. The reason for this is that we were not prepared to start untill we were satisfied that everything was completely legal and as you may well be aware this can sometimes be a quite lenghy process.
In total we plan to build 11 villas in 2 phases and these will consist of detached and semi detached properties.
We have now completed and sold the first villa on phase one, and it is now possible to view this property.

As a company we feel that having gone through the process of building 2 houses, one under a licence to reform and one as a new build on a new development we now have a wealth of knowledge and information gained first hand.
It would be completely untrue for us to tell you that these two experiences have not been without there problems, but through our shear dogged determination to make sure everything we do is completely legal we now belive we can give good advice based on experience not hearsay.
