Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment

These photos are of a project we are currently working on for a client.

The property is about 25 years old and is still in its original condition and the client has now decided that it requires some up dating.

We have started with the kitchen, dinning area and an en suit bathroom. In these rooms as with many in the property the cielings are all sloped so we sugested to the client that putting in suspended ceilings with downlighters would not only give a nice modern contemporary feel but would also provide the opportunity to install some good quality insulation and improve the thermal qualities of the property. Also, we have removed the door leading from the kitchen to the dinning area and created a permenant oppening which gives a nice flow as eventually the floor covering will run right through both areas.

We have also installed a number of new windows and completely replaced the hall floor.

 As the work progresses and we add more photos you will see for yourself the transformation.

Evermill SL project Algarve Portugal

These photos are of an ongoing project we have in Portugal.


The property is based in a rural hamlet called Semendiero in the Algarve. It is a traditional Potugese farm house that has been totally renovated using traditional methods and materials.

The property requires a small amount of work in order to be habitable.

It sits in 8000 M2 (2 acres) of rustic farmland  and comes with a munber of out buildings which could easily be converted to form more living space or a seperate annex.
